Tom Cleverley thought the performance of 17-year-old Tegan Finn as a second half substitute was one bright spot from Plymouth Argyle's 2-0 defeat by Bolton Wanderers.

After their season-opening 3-1 defeat by Barnsley at Home Park, Cleverley saw his Pilgrims' side beaten at the Toughsheet Community Stadium on Saturday, when they failed to get any of just three goal attempts on target.

Finn replaced Xavier Amaechi in a wide right attacking role in the 68th minute and, in difficult circumstances given how much Bolton were in control of the match by then, the talented teenager gave a good account of himself with some flashes of ability and confidence on the ball.

With five Argyle players currently out injured from an already relatively small squad, there is a very good chance Finn will get
