The changes will begin from September

Residents in Rushcliffe will soon be able to travel more easily towards Nottingham city centre as a new bus service will be introduced. Tollerton, Cotgrave, Hollygate Park and Cropwell Bishop will all be served by Nottingham City Transport (NCT)'s new service from September.

The new route will also reach Spire Hospital in Tollerton, making it more accessible for patients. The new route is an extension to the Green 11/A NCT service beyond its existing terminus in Gamston.

The extension the result of a partnership between NCT and Nottinghamshire County Council and will replace the current 33 service. The Green 11/A bus will operate on its extended route every hour on Monday to Saturday daytimes, with the first bus arriving into Nottingham
