A mandatory evacuation order has been lifted and roads reopened for the Tiger Fire burning in Amador County, Cal Fire said on Sunday.
The update comes a day after forward progress was stopped on the fire.
The Amador County Sheriff's Office said that a Red Cross shelter has also been closed.

While an evacuation warning remains in some areas, residents can resume normal activities but should stay aware of conditions, the sheriff's office said.

As of Sunday 7:30 a.m., Cal Fire mapped the fire at around 118 acres and said it was 20% contained. Containment refers to a barrier that helps prevent a wildfire from spreading.
