JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Former Razorback Cam Little drilled a 70-yard field goal Saturday, Aug. 9, during the Jaguars’ preseason game against the Steelers.

Little’s 70-yard kick sparked celebration but did not count as a record since it was in a preseason loss to Pittsburgh, 31-25. If made during the regular season, Little would have broken the NFL’s 66-yard record set by Justin Tucker in 2021.

“It does (stink),” Little said to the Associated Press after learning his kick would not count for a record. “That means we just have to go out there and make it again.”

Little started all three seasons at Arkansas before declaring for the draft in December 2023, and at 20 was picked 212th overall, the youngest kicker ever drafted. Little made 27 of 29 field-goal attempts as a rookie and all 27 extr
