JD Vance has said he “wants answers” about the Jeffery Epstein files and the people accused of visiting the disgraced financier’s notorious private island.
The US vice-president said it was “reasonable” to ask questions of those who visited Little St James after Congress issued a series of summons to several high-profile politicians. The island was the scene of sexual abuse of underage girls.
Bill Clinton, the former US president, and his wife Hillary will be made to testify as part of an investigation into Epstein’s criminal activities.
Recognising the mounting pressure from the public for answers, Mr Vance told Fox News: “I know a lot of Americans want answers. I certainly want answers. Democrat political leaders went to Epstein island all the time. Who knows what they did, bu
