By the end of the second quarter of 2025, there were a total of 1,034 active listings across the Charlottesville market — which includes the surrounding counties of Albemarle, Fluvanna, Greene, Louisa and Nelson — a figure that increased by 248 listings, or 32%, since this time last year.
