WINDSOR TOWNSHIP — Ireland Road is usually a quiet country road, but it was busy Saturday as thousands of people attended the 30th Our Lady of Guadalupe Festival, said Patricia Heinz, who co-founded the shrine in the early 1990s with her husband, Ed.

The world’s largest statue of Our Lady of Guadalupe was finished in 1995, Heinz said. She said the center was designated a shrine in 1992 by the Diocese of Youngstown.
