Police responded to a call of a woman found passed out behind the wheel of her truck at 7:03 p.m. July 11. The caller said he and the woman have a 2-year-old son in common and he is in the process of moving out of the apartment they shared. He said he found her passed out in the truck when he was at the apartment returning a key to the woman, and he was concerned because she was supposed to pick their son up from daycare that day. The woman was awakened and reportedly admitted to drinking. Police allowed the man to pick up the child and informed daycare employees of this.
