GRAND FORKS – The University Park Neighborhoods Association, along with Blue Zones Project Grand Forks and other partners, is hosting a Neighborhood Cultural Field Day on Wednesday, Aug. 13, and an art exhibit Thursday, Aug. 14, at University Park.
Everyone is welcome.
Planned for 1-3 p.m. each day, the event will showcase the wide range of multi-cultural activities kids and some adults have participated in during the free, eight-week “Travel the World Through Art Camp.”
Wednesday’s cultural field day will include a henna artist, face-painting, as well as cultural and traditional games. The games will be those with roots in the countries the campers have been exploring throughout the summer.
