Working parents claiming Universal Credit could be eligible to receive 85% back on their childcare costs. The Department for Work and Pension's (DWP) guidance highlights that parents who pay for childcare while they go to work can receive extra financial support if their child engages in activities such as holiday clubs and after-school clubs.

However, if the parent live with a partner, they must also be in employment unless they are unable to care for your children due to a health condition or disability. The maximum amount you can claim each month is £1,031.88 for one child or £1,768.94 for two or more children.
