LOUISVILLE, Ky. — One of the two suspects charged with intentionally setting fire to Marion C. Moore High School on Aug. 1 has had their bond set.

Kaleb Pierce, 18, was arraigned Saturday. He’s charged with second-degree arson, third-degree burglary, criminal mischief, and second-degree unlawful transaction with a minor.

A judge set Pierce’s bond at $50,000.

Louisville Arson investigators determined the fire at Moore High School on was intentionally set based on witness statements, scene examination and surveillance video. Pierce and another child under the age of 18 were charged in the fire.
