Scott Porter knows Ginny & Georgia fans aren’t happy with Paul, which he feels is a little hypocritical.

“Here’s the thing, this audience will forgive Georgia forever. For anything that she will ever do,” Porter, 46, said in a Sunday, August 10, interview with YouTuber Joe Vulpis. “If you do one thing to spite Georgia, you are wiped off the Earth as far as so many people are concerned.”

The actor argued that Paul’s reaction to Georgia’s (Brianne Howey) lies “was correct,” but his actions were “wrong.” Porter was specifically referring to a scene in season 3, which premiered earlier this summer, where Paul got so angry that he hit a wall above Georgia’s head, triggering her PTSD from past abusive relationships.
