Ms. Courtney Alicia Meyers, 40, of Newnan, Georgia, formerly of Charleston, South Carolina, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, August 8, 2025. Courtney was born on June 13, 1985, in Charleston, South Carolina, to Rachel Jenkins and the late Jerry L. Brown. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her beloved brother, Fontaine D. Jenkins. Courtney grew up in South Carolina, with saltwater in her veins and a love for all things Lowcountry. She was happiest with a crab net in hand or gathered around a bushel of oysters, swapping stories with family and friends. More than anything, Courtney loved her family.
