Keith Brady’s office at Newnan City Hall is lined with mementos of his 32 years as mayor of Newnan, from pictures of children at Elm Street Elementary School to the city’s ISO rating to awards to pictures of buildings that are no longer there such as the old U.S. Post Office.

“It’s all hard work,” Brady said. “It’s not smoke and mirrors.”

Arguably no one else in those years has had more influence in the evolution of Newnan than Brady.

In the last three decades, Newnan has experienced exponential growth.
