SANDUSKY, Ohio – Cedar Point will charge extra for haunted houses during the park’s popular HalloWeekends event this fall.

Haunted attractions previously had been included with park admission. Starting next month, however, all indoor haunted houses, plus Cornstalkers 2.0: Revenge of the Pumpkin Heads, which is outdoors, will be accessed via a separate add-on ticket. The price ranges from $10 to $30, depending on the day.

Most outdoor haunted scare zones, meanwhile, will continue to be included with general park admission, which starts at about $50 online.

Season passholders, too, will have to pay extra for the indoor attractions.
