UTICA, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) -- Proceedings continued in the Robert Brooks murder case on Monday, when Anthony Farina took the stand for a suppression hearing.

Prosecutor Jarrett Woodfork presented two witnesses before the court on Monday, August 11, in a suppression hearing regarding statements and other evidence obtained from Farina during an investigation at his home on December 13.

Woodfork examined New York State Police Senior Investigator Dennis Dougherty first. Dougherty -- who works with the New York State Police's Major Crimes Unit in Troop D -- obtained the audio recording of that day.
