NEOPIT, Wis. (WFRV) - A 32-year-old man now faces up to 30 years in prison after being found guilty of Assault with Intent to Murder and Burglary stemming from a domestic incident on the Menominee Indian Reservation.

According to a release from the United States Attorney's Office, Eastern District of Wisconsin, 32-year-old Neegee J. Cloud broke into a home in Neopit on the afternoon of September 20, 2024, and attacked his girlfriend, violently beating her unconscious on a bedroom floor.

Cloud reportedly returned to the bedroom multiple times over a 20-minute period of time where he proceeded to punch, kick, and stomp on the victim's head before, at one point, slamming the victim's face into the floor.
