Houston – Happy Monday!

It’s a new week! The perfect time to make some small but mighty changes. Houston Life co-host Tessa Barrera swapped her heels for some sneakers today and headed out to O Athletik gym in The Heights. With trainer Monica Iles, she set out to prove that you can get your heart rate up and break a sweat without fancy weights or machines. Iles demonstrated stationary lunges, reverse lunges, crunches, hip thrusts, and push-ups.

Tessa then went outside with trainer Cameron Owens and Eli Flores to hit their hill simulator. Facing it head-on is no small feat.
