HULL, Mass. —

A man who died after being pulled from the water off Nantasket Beach on Saturday has been identified by Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz.

At approximately noon on Saturday, members of the State Police Marine Unit and the U.S. Coast Guard responded to a capsized boat off Nantasket Beach.

A man, later identified as Michael LaRhette, 56, of Hingham, was pulled from the water and taken to a local hospital, where he later died.

The incident remains under investigation by Massachusetts State Police, Hull Police, the U.S. Coast Guard and the Massachusetts Environmental Police.
