The Detroit Tigers promoted infielder Max Anderson from the Erie SeaWolves to the Toledo Mud Hens on Monday.

A second-round draft pick by the Tigers in 2023 out of the University of Nebraska, Anderson is currently the No. 10 prospect in the organization, according to MLB.com.

The 23-year-old has spent the entire 2025 season at Double-A Erie, compiling a .306 batting average with 14 home runs and 65 RBIs in 90 games.

He played almost the entire 2024 season for Single-A West Michigan before receiving a late-season callup to Erie during the team’s run to the Eastern League championship.

Anderson led the Big Ten in batting average (.414) and OPS (1.224) in his junior season at Nebraska in 2023.
