TUCSON, Ariz. — A 16-year-old has been arrested for posting a threatening video online, according to the Pima County Sheriff's Office.
Monday, school resource deputies were contacted about a threatening video that was circulating on social media that had reportedly been posted by a Mountain View High School student.,
Deputies discovered a 16-year-old MVHS student had posted a video on YouTube containing threats directed at multiple students and faculty members, according to PCSO.
Deputies contacted and arrested the student.
The student faces charges of Interference with an Educational Institution.
