BUFFALO, N.Y. — A Buffalo woman says her car was among several damaged after a crash at Martin Luther King Jr. Park on Sunday.

Tonjanae Garner told 2 On Your Side she was taking her family to the splash pad when she suddenly heard several loud bangs.

“You hear a boom, boom, boom, boom, boom. I’m like, what the heck?” Garner said.

She says she ran toward the sound and saw a driver had slammed into multiple parked cars in the lot near Best Street — including hers.

“I see my car jerk to the front. So I run to my car and then I see a car in the back of me smacked up against mine,” she said.
