WASHINGTON — DC Police need your help locating a missing teen girl.

Samiyah Ellis, 13, was last seen in the 5200 block of D Street, Southeast, Sunday afternoon.

Samiyah is described as a Black female, 5-foot-3, and weighing about 130 pounds. She has black and pink twists and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black crop top, black leggings, a pair of pink furry sandals, a pink purse, a pink bookbag, and a pink scarf.
