BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Rain chances will climb higher over the next few days as a tropical wave moves inland along the northern Gulf Coast.
TUESDAY FORECAST
High temperatures will still reach the low 90s in many areas before scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms develop around the area.
Rains will mostly start along the coast in the morning, but will gradually build inland through the remainder of the day.
RAIN AMOUNTS
Even though rain chances are expected to be above-normal for a few days, rain amounts are generally forecast to be modest. The 7-day outlook suggests totals will average less than 2 inches through next Monday.
