CORBIN, Ky. (WKYT) - It’s been almost three months since a deadly tornado ripped through communities in Laurel and Pulaski counties.

Now, Kentucky native and music artist Anne Wilson is giving back to her home state.

Her team partnered with The Sheppard Family Foundation and the Foundation for Appalachian Kentucky to give back to tornado victims.

It’s a night to sing along. But, it’s also a night to give back to organizations like the Foundation for Appalachian Kentucky

CEO Kristin Walker Collins says Anne and her team reached out to them.

“We are absolutely so honored by this gift that we have been given in order to give back to our communities that have been hurting so much,” Collins says.

A portion of the concert proceeds will go towards the organization’s tornado relief fund
