MADISON (WKOW) -- The U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board (CSB) says Didion Milling has not implemented any of its safety recommendations following a deadly explosion at the company's Cambria facility.
The 2017 explosion killed five employees and seriously injured 14 others.
The safety board issued nine recommendations focused on dust management and emergency planning, but says Didion has yet to follow any of them.
The agency does not issue citations or fines, only recommendations.
