LAKEWOOD, Ohio — Hundreds of people packed the Lakewood Civic Auditorium Monday evening, facing off with First Energy representatives who called a town hall to talk about "Delivering Reliable Power to Lakewood" after more than a year of continued power outages in the area.
Right away, frustrations bubbled to the forefront, with members of the company acknowledging they had entered "hostile" territory.
