When do we change our clocks for Daylight Saving Time?
Believe it or not, we “fall back” sooner than you might think. Daylight Saving Time 2025 ends on Sunday, Nov. 2, at 2 a.m., a day earlier than last year — and the second earliest possible date.
Daylight Saving Time, also colloquially referred to as “ daylight savings time ,” begins on the second Sunday in March and ends the first Sunday of November. We always “ spring forward ” (losing an hour) when DST begins in the spring and “fall back” (gaining an extra hour) when it ends in the fall.
