Coronation Street's Sally Carman ditched the UK for Rome as she enjoyed a holiday with co-star husband, Joe Duttine.

The actress made her debut as Abi Webster on Coronation Street back in 2017 and has tackled some harrowing storylines including her former drug use, and the death of her eldest son Seb who was murdered.

Abi struggled with vivid flashbacks of Seb covered in blood from the attack. These visions increased after she witnessed the stabbing of Mason Radcliffe .

In recent episodes, Abi struggled to cope as her husband Kevin Webster was diagnosed with prostate cancer and he had to undergo chemotherapy after his operation.
