A golf tournament taking place Friday in Bath will help raise money for equipment for children with disabilities.
The Grayson Cup was started five years ago by Easter Seals Ontario community engagement officer Linda Clouthier, whose son Grayson was born with a rare condition known as Angelman syndrome. Grayson relies on mobility and accessibility equipment to perform daily tasks, and the proceeds from Friday’s event will help supply that equipment to others as well.

“As you can imagine, this event is very near and dear to my heart. It is not only an opportunity to celebrate my son Grayson, but to raise awareness and support for other families like mine,” Clouthier stated in a news release about the event.
