A Central New York amusement park is up for sale — at a discount.

Thunder Island, located in Oswego County, is available to purchase for $1.5 million, according to a real estate listing from JF Real Estate . The 113-acre property at 21 Wilcox Road, in Fulton, N.Y., includes a water park, go-kart track, mini-golf course, banquet hall with a commercial kitchen and bar, and “potential residential development.”

The price is considerably less than the $2 million that Shane and Gale LaBeef paid for Thunder Island in 2022. At the time, it was listed for even more: $2.75 million.

The couple reopened the park that summer and ran it from 2022-2024, but kept it closed for the 2025 season .
