Hobbycraft, a leading retail chain in the UK, has announced the impending closure of nine stores as it embarks on a restructuring initiative, with significant sales already underway at affected locations.
The company has confirmed that these outlets will shut down this month and in September. The Bromborough, Stratford-upon-Avon, and Southport branches have ceased trading on August 4, 6, and 7 respectively.
Further closures are anticipated for the Wigan, Chichester, Stafford, Maidenhead, Crayford, and Kings Lynn stores next month, though Hobbycraft has yet to disclose specific dates. This news follows the introduction of a new £60 charge by a major broadband provider, along with a deadline for customers to respond.
