RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - An 83-year-old North Chesterfield man faces two charges related to an alleged sexual assault last week at Chippenham Hospital.

“Officers spoke to an adult female, who stated she was sexually assaulted by a known adult male while in the hospital,” police said Tuesday.

Police say the incident happened at 2:22 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 6.

Officers arrested Frank Ramsey and charged him with misdemeanor assault and a felony charge of object sexual penetration.
