FARGO — I received a gift of three gigantic zucchinis from a friend last week, enough to feed an army and then some.
We grilled one and I decided to shred the other two to make my Zucchini Fritters, Zucchini Apple Bread and this week’s Triple Chocolate Zucchini Bread.
