CHANDLER, AZ (AZFamily) — Chandler Police have released new details in their investigation into the drowning death of the young son of a social media influencer earlier this year.
Trigg Kiser, 3, died in May after he drowned in a pool in the backyard of the home of his parents, Brady and Emilie Kiser. Chandler Police initially recommended child abuse charges against Brady, but the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office later declined to file any charges .
The case gained national attention due to Emilie being a highly followed influencer on TikTok.
This week, Chandler Police released investigation details to Arizona’s Family that show Brady was occupied during the time Trigg drowned in the backyard pool.
Police say Brady was inside the home with Trigg and the couple’s 5-week-old son
