UTICA, NY (WUTR/WFXV/WPNY) -- The pair of Utica men accused of shooting and killing Keyamonie Davis began their court proceedings on Tuesday.

First reported by the Daily Sentinel, 19-year-old Quadir Pinkney and 20-year-old Dion Ahmeti, both of Utica, were in Oneida County Court on Tuesday, August 12. Both of them are facing charges of second-degree Murder, a Class A-I Felony, while Pinkney faces an additional charge of second-degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon, which is a Class C Violent Felony.

Both men are accused of shooting and killing 19-year-old Keyamonie Davis in November of last year on Faxton Street. Davis' shooting was one of three shootings that happened at approximately the same time on Friday, November 8. One other person was injured in the Faxton Street shooting. Both D
