The people have spoken, and KFC is listening.

After what the fast-food chain called “obsessive demand,” KFC is bringing back its potato wedges and hot and spicy wings on Aug. 18.

KFC said it has received thousands of social media comments and petition signatures from fans clamoring for the items to return. KFC first introduced wedges in the mid-1990s as a menu staple. They remained before a hotly debated discontinuation in 2020.

The wings, which pair a spicy marinade with double hand-breading, return after a two-year absence. Both items are available while supplies last.
