WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) -- A man has pleaded guilty to multiple charges in connection with the kidnapping of a 13-year-old runaway.
Thomas M. BringingGood, 40, agreed to plead guilty to aggravated human trafficking of a child under 14, aggravated indecent liberties with a child under 14, and aggravated indecent liberties of a child. The crimes happened on Sunday, June 15.
Police found a 13-year-old at a QuikTrip at 31st Street South and Seneca who told officers a man had assaulted her. A police spokesperson said officers were able to quickly identify the man and found him nearby in the 2700 block of South Seneca.
Under state law, BringingGood faces 25 years to life for aggravated human trafficking and aggravated indecent liberties, meaning a minimum sentence of 50 years up to life in priso
