TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) - A man faces multiple charges after police say he threatened people and then started a pursuit with law enforcement.
The Sierra Vista Police Department received two calls from individuals at Home Depot Saturday morning reporting that a man in a gray vehicle was pointing what appeared to be an AR-15 or similar weapon at them.
As officers responded to the area, another caller advised that a subject in a gray vehicle attempted to run him over.
A Cochise County Sheriff’s Office deputy later spotted the vehicle on Buffalo Soldier Trail and St. Andrews Drive and reported the man endangered two cyclists by driving next to them and swerving toward them.
