HARTFORD, Conn. — A nurse from New York was sentenced in Hartford federal court Tuesday to five months imprisonment for stealing and tampering with vials of hydromorphone and fentanyl while working at a Stamford surgical clinic.
Kristen Carotenuto, 35, will have her prison sentence followed by three years of supervised release. She must also pay a $5,000 fine, according to a report from the Interim U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut.
