With the 2025 summer season continuing to bring high temperatures with little to no rain across much of Ontario, the Raisin Region Conservation Authority is the latest local conservation authority to issue a low water notice within its jurisdiction.

Under a level one advisory, the RRCA is asking the public within its jurisdiction to voluntarily reduce water usage by 10 per cent.

The update from the RRCA comes as the South Nation Conservation Authority announced yesterday that it was moving from a level one advisory to a level two, meaning dry conditions have worsened from mild to moderate.
