EAGLE, Neb. (KOLN) - A woman is accused of abusing a child out of an unlicensed day care in eastern Nebraska.

On Oct. 25, 2024, the Cass County Sheriff’s Office was contacted on a report of child abuse. The child had attended a daycare near South Fifth and D streets in Eagle under the care of 39-year-old Robin Sinner.

According to court documents, the child sustained injuries to his lower extremities and was taken to a local hospital. The doctor could not decide at the time if the injuries were the result of abuse or neglect.

On Oct. 31, 2024, investigators learned that Sinner was running an unlicensed day care, an arrest affidavit shows. It was determined she cared for four or more children from different families.
