Two baby skunks had gotten trapped in an approximately 12-foot storm drain
A North Canton street workers went down a ladder and placed the baby skunks in a bucket tied to a rope to get them out.
The baby skunks were taken to Stark Parks' Wildlife Center in Perry Township.
NORTH CANTON − City firefighters and street workers took part in a rescue of two little critters, according to a department Facebook post.
The Fire Department, which called it a "stinkin' adorable rescue," posted pictures Aug. 12 and video of a man, apparently a city street worker, going down into an approximately 12-foot storm drain to free two trapped baby skunks.
