I began writing this column in 2020, almost five whole years ago. Ever since then, there have been a few topics that I've intentionally shied away from covering. One of those topics was why sweet Riesling is one of the world's greatest wines and why you should be drinking more of it, though I eventually touched on that in 2023. Another was on how to get around the state's shipping laws. Thankfully, the law has changed, and you now have access to the entire world of wine.
