MIDDLETOWN, Conn. — Folks in Middletown will have to wait at least another year before their library's renovation and restoration project gets rolling.
The project to improve the Russell Library has been years in the making. There's even an entire strategic plan available online for residents to learn more.
This year, town officials are not putting the library project on this year's ballot, as other critically-needed repairs around town are being considered, like water and sewer improvements.
