Good Tuesday. Scattered areas of heavy rain will continue this evening and on and off through the day on Wednesday. We will still be able to warm into the low to mid-80s Wednesday afternoon. Spotty areas of heavy rain and localized flooding will be the biggest risks we will be looking for as we could get another 1"-3" of rain in some spots through Wednesday.
Thursday we will begin to dry out a bit allowing the high to reach 89. We still may see a stray afternoon shower or storm.
Friday, the beginning of next week, we will be all about the heat and humidity. Look for highs in the low 90s with the heat index at about 100 each afternoon. Skies will be partly cloudy with very little chance for rain, other than a stray pop-up shower or storm here and there.
