As much of Tuesday's historic flooding around Chattanooga has receded and roadways are back open, many people are left with questions about the infrastructure on Tennessee interstates. Interstate 24 near the Interstate 75 split flooded on Tuesday. Among some parts of the roadway, more than three feet of water pooled, submerging cars and trapping drivers inside.
