NASH COUNTY, N.C. (WITN) - A Nash County man is behind bars on charges of transporting and distributing thousands of MDMA tablets, known as ecstasy, as well as cocaine, in the Nashville and Spring Hope areas.

The Nash County Sheriff’s Office charged 42-year-old Shunquillis Wiggins of Spring Hope with 12 counts of trafficking MDMA, selling cocaine, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, and six counts of maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for controlled substances.

The sheriff’s office says the MDMA tablets seized during this investigation resembled small, colorful tablets, ranging in color from white to pink, making them enticing to juveniles.
