CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Two men are now charged after a deadly stabbing. Marcus Worrell and Kwamane Herriott-Cox are accused of first-degree murder, burglary, and felony conspiracy in the death of 44-year-old Jeremy Mouzon.

CMPD says he was found lying on the ground on Redwood Avenue on August 3rd, after being stabbed more than a dozen times.

Court documents show investigators believe Mouzon was chased from his apartment nearby, to the spot where he was attacked.
