Saratoga Springs issues voluntary water restriction plan

SARATOGA SPRINGS — Saratoga Springs residents are their outdoor watering, according to a statement Monday from the city Public Works Department.

Commissioner Chuck Marshall cited an increased demand on the water system during the summer tourist months, limited rain and high temperatures as reasons for the voluntary restrictions.
